A personal 90-day plan that is build from our approach combining training, rest and optionally food.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
No worries about that birthday party or trip you have planned.
The plan is all about making it possible.
Just for you.
​We cover 3 full months but we start with 1 month and revise and follow up week by week.
This allows you to set smaller, achievable goals and shows some short term result before even thinking about what could be possible 3 months from now.
Based on our approach we incorporate from 1 to 6 work-outs each week. We build around your personal life and the big events you may have planned for.

What's included?
Intake conversation based on your answers to the intake form
1 personal 90-day plan
weekly follow-up by phone or zoom videocall with evaluation of the plan and work-outs, Q&A on plan and work-outs and revision of the plan if needed (30 min)
OR
weekly follow-up and work-out together, 1 on 1 sessions outdoors, social distancing principles in mind off course
