BOOTCAMP

8 week training - New dates!

The bootcamp offers 8 weeks of training where we work-out twice a week in small groups. In 8 weeks you will improve your strength, agility and cardio-vascular fitness. All levels and adaptations to all exercises for personal needs possible.

Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 17.00-18:00.

Tuesdays : focus on strength with full body resistance training

Thursdays : focus on cardio with HIIT based circuit.
