Run 5k, run 10k, Run HM, run faster
Whether you want to get started with running or want to run a new distance or set a new personal record, we can make a plan to support you achieving your goals.
If you're new to running we will combine running and walking to slowly improve your running skills, the goal is your first 5k.
If you're an occasional runner and want to improve we can support you with interval training and finding the right balance between your weekly distance and the right pace for your different trainings to maximise your potential and maybe achieve a new personal record!
