Even though I have been an active sporter for over 10 years, it was only when starting to workout with Ilona that the results I was longing for finally became achievable (including those last kilos). She designs every training to reach your personal goals (in my case, my wedding dress) and makes sure you have fun getting there. She always explains the upcoming schedule, why the focus is on certain exercises and adapts if you have difficulties or previous injuries. I have learned so much about fitness and my own capabilities that I can now train with much more confidence. 

Her positivity makes you want to stick to the plans and dream bigger goals.

I now feel stronger, healthier and I just don't want to stop.
